Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant – $35-40/hr – Start Date: (flexible start date)

We are seeking a warm, proactive, and experienced Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant to support a busy family with three young boys (ages 5, 3, and 2). This is a 46-hour/week position, Monday through Friday, based in a loving, active household.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    (Total: 46 hours/week)
Location: Austin, 78702

Responsibilities Include:

Childcare & Daily Routine:

  • School pickups for the children throughout the week

  • Support morning and afternoon routines, including hygiene and transitions

  • Pack lunches and prepare snacks and meals

  • Oversee naps and quiet time, particularly for the 2-year-old 

  • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings (parks, library, museums, etc.)

  • Full care for all 3 boys on Fridays

Family Assistant Tasks (While Kids Are at School):

  • Organize children’s clothes, snacks, and spaces for the week

  • Children's laundry and general tidiness in child-related areas

  • Help with dinner meal prep and occasional package drop-offs

  • Wednesday morning school drop-offs for all three children

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working with children

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle that can fit 2 car seats + 1 booster (family provides car seats)

  • CPR and First Aid certified

  • Comfortable with pets (family has a small dog)

  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $30–$35/hour DOE

  • Mileage/gas reimbursement for all work-related driving
