Part-Time Nanny Position

A wonderful family is seeking a caring, experienced part-time nanny to care for their infant. This is a 12-month contract position with a start date between March 30 and April 10, as mom will be returning to work on April 20. The baby will be approximately 3 months old in mid-April, so the family is looking for someone confident and experienced with newborn and infant care.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
20–25 hours per week**
If the **first Friday of the month falls between the 1st–5th, that Friday will be off

Compensation

$25–$32 per hour, depending on experience

About the Family

*Mom works from home
*One small dog in the home
*Baby is breastfed and bottle-fed

Responsibilities

* Provide attentive and nurturing care for the infant
* Follow and help establish a healthy feeding and nap schedule
* **Put baby down for naps
* **Bottle preparation and cleaning
* **Baby’s laundry
* Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and engagement
* Maintain a clean and organized environment related to the baby

Qualifications

* Previous newborn/infant experience required
* CPR and First Aid certified
* Knowledge of infant development and milestones
* Reliable, patient, and nurturing
* Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely
