Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 21 hours
About the Position
A wonderful family in Fredericksburg, TX, is seeking an experienced and dependable nanny to care for their twin girls, who will be 9 months old at the start of the position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant care, particularly with twins or multiple infants, and be passionate about supporting their growth, development, and daily routines. The family is looking for someone who is attentive, patient, organized, and confident managing the unique needs of two infants at the same time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for both infants.
- Support age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, exploration, and developmental milestones.
- Manage feeding schedules, diaper changes, naps, and daily routines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children.
- Follow the family's preferences and guidelines for infant care.
- Communicate regularly with the parents about the girls' daily activities, progress, and needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience caring for twins or multiple infants.
- Strong understanding of infant development, safety, feeding, and sleep routines.
- Reliable, patient, nurturing, and highly attentive to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
